Theo is passionate about squeaker toys, tennis balls, and most of all saying hi to everyone who enters our doors!
Theo is essential to our office because he decreases levels of cortisol (a stress hormone) and increases serotonin (a happy hormone)! Best of all, he’s hypoallergenic!
Outside of the office, Theo can be found rolling in something stinky, going on walks, playing with his brother, Wilson, or chasing cats.
Come say hello to Theo and give him some treats while you are in!

Dr. Allison’s chiropractic journey began when she was in high school in Van Meter Iowa, following a neck injury. She had an amazing experience with her Des Moines based chiropractor and a full recovery. Additionally to that, she saw her mother’s quality of life increase tremendously being under chiropractic care at that same Des Moines office. She started her journey to becoming a chiropractor by taking the pre-medical academic route at the University of Northern Iowa, which lead her to Palmer College of Chiropractic. When Dr. Allison was at Palmer College of Chiropractic, she became Advanced Certified in Torque Release Technique(TRT), then became an advocate for the technique. She studied under numerous doctors who practiced TRT. During this time, she saw miracles happening in the offices and knew it was the technique God was calling her to. In her final months at Palmer College of Chiropractic she exclusively worked with infants, toddlers, and pregnant women. Since then, her love for serving kids has grown tremendously and the NEED to serve pregnant mother’s to support a healthy birth. Outside of the office, Dr. Allison can be found reading, walking her two doodles, fishing, doing CrossFit, running, or meditating.

Dr. Walker’s passion for chiropractic started while he was a toddler growing up outside Chariton, Iowa. His mother is a chiropractor, so growing up he saw and experienced the healing benefits firsthand. As a young boy his knowledge on the human body and nutrition was extensive, along with his passion for holistic approaches to healthcare. Dr. Walker attended Indianola High School, pursed his undergrad degree from Des Moines Area Community College, and like his mother, Dr. Walker attended Palmer College of Chiropractic to receive his doctorate. During his time at Palmer College of Chiropractic, he was a teaching assistant in the cadaver lab, because of his extensive knowledge when it comes to the human body. Dr. Walker also got involved in CrossFit during his time at Palmer College of Chiropractic. This became a huge passion of his, and he can be found in the gym outside of the office. He constantly witnesses athletes that are limited in what they can do in the gym from old injuries, structural imbalances, or so much pain they cannot manage to make it in anymore. Walker loves working with CrossFit athletes and seeing their performance and recovery improve. Dr. Walker loves to read (mainly Tom Clancy books), cook exotic meals, and spend time with his wife & two dogs.
